Gee, I feel so unaccomplished...

The ever-logical city of LA has created a screening process for kids ages 10-15 in order to prevent/predict future gang violence. This involves sitting down and taking a multiple choice test. Of course this is a great idea for many reasons. Most of them involve manpower and stupidity.
